SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Humboldt Haul-Off LLC and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.


Program Description

Humboldt Haul Off's SMS program allows us to communicate with you via text message for:

  • Service Notifications:  Updates about your waste removal and hauling services
  • Appointment Reminders:  Confirmations and reminders for scheduled pickups and deliveries
  • Scheduling Updates:  Changes to appointment times or service windows
  • Customer Service:  Responses to your inquiries and service-related communications
  • Promotional Messages:  Special offers, promotions, and company updates (only if you opt-in separately)


How to Opt-In

You can opt-in to receive text messages from Humboldt Haul Off by:

  • Providing your mobile phone number when booking services on our website
  • Texting a keyword (as instructed) to our designated short code or phone number
  • Checking the SMS opt-in box when filling out service request forms
  • Verbally consenting when speaking with our customer service representatives

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and other major carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt-Out (Stop)

You may opt-out of receiving text messages from Humboldt Haul Off at any time by:
